Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (CT) to join our imaging team in a fast-paced department. You will perform CT exams, ensure patient safety, and maintain high image quality while following department protocols and privacy guidelines.

The role requires ARRT radiography and CT certifications, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. PRN shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefit programs are available.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT preferred.
• BLS or ARC-BLS; Instructor certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Verify procedure orders and patient identity.
• Position patient and set up CT equipment for imaging.
• Ensure preprocedural verification and Time Out compliance.
• Maintain infection control and equipment calibration.
• Provide patient comfort and explain procedures clearly.
