Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Radiology Technologist specialized in CT to provide safe, high-quality imaging services across diagnostic procedures. You will verify orders, prepare patients, position them, operate CT equipment, and ensure accurate clinically acceptable images.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT credentials, BLS certification, at least one year of radiology experience, and strong communication, technical, and patient care skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify orders, obtain patient history, prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, ensure images are clinically accurate.
• Perform pre- and post-procedure care, administer contrast media, respond to emergencies while maintaining patient comfort and privacy.
• Operate equipment safely, adjust techniques to minimize radiation exposure, report equipment issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with patients, explain procedures to ease anxiety, collaborate with team for smooth workflow.
• Maintain documentation, follow quality control standards, adhere to regulatory and safety protocols.
• Assist with restocking supplies, transporting patients, and supporting team training.
