Job summary

UT Health Carthage Hospital in Carthage, TX is seeking a PRN Radiology CT Technician to perform CT studies for patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, under the supervision of the CT supervisor and radiologists.

The role requires a High School diploma, an Associate degree in Radiography, ARRT registration within 90 days and Texas Medical Board licensure, plus BLS within 14 days of hire; overtime and call back are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited college.
• Within 90 days, ARRT registration and Texas Medical Board licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT studies for patients of all ages (neonatal to geriatric) using ionizing radiation.
• Functions under the general supervision of the CT supervisor and radiologists.
• This position is subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.
