Job summary

Advocate Christ Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a skilled PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesiology Team in Oaklawn, IL. The role involves delivering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical settings, with leadership from CRNA colleagues and a strong team environment.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing, applicable RN license, and CRNA certification. Additional credentials and certifications may be required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in the state of practice and CRNA certification by AAANA.
• Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license required or eligible.
• DEA registration required, if applicable.
• CPR/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications to be obtained within 6 months unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries.
• Perform spinals, arterial line placement and some peripheral nerve blocks.
