Qualifications

• Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital preferred; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, supporting patient progress and outcomes.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
• Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
