Job summary

HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled therapy services at our Smoky Hill location in Salina, Kansas. Qualifications

• Must hold Kansas license/certification: COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Develops and follows plan of care with measurable goals to support discharge.
• Performs skilled treatments per established plan of care.
• Documents patient responses and progress within required timeframes.
• Completes required documentation timely and in accordance with regulations.
• Completes billing for provided skilled services per regulations.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention practices.
