Job summary

Siloam Springs Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in a skilled nursing setting. As a PRN clinician, you will work under supervision to provide therapeutic services aimed at improving independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license in the state of Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatments according to the occupational therapy plan of care.
• Assist in evaluating patients’ functional abilities and progress.
• Document daily treatment notes and communicate patient status to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure treatments are compliant with all state and federal regulations.
