Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Tequesta, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient geriatric occupational therapy in an assisted living community. This PRN role starts ASAP with flexible assignments and competitive pay.

You will work under a plan of care to enhance independence, document accurately, and communicate with physicians and families. Florida COTA license required; two years of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license is required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices
