Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents at Pleasant Valley in Derry, NH. Responsibilities

• Carry out the supervising OT's treatment plan through functional activities.

• Reinforce adaptive equipment use for safety and independence.
• Share progress observations with the OT and other staff.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and coordinate with nursing and rehab teams.
