Qualifications

• Holds a current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (state of practice).
• Active BLS CPR Certification (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform initial health screenings and physical assessments.
• Monitor and document patient health, vital signs, and medical histories.
• Provide direct patient care, triage, assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, hypertension, diabetes).
• Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate transport to facilities.
