Job summary

The Heritage at Twin Creeks is hiring a PRN Cook/Dishwasher to prepare meals for our senior residents in a supportive, onsite dining environment. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist in kitchen operations, and contribute to high-quality food presentation.

We value food safety, teamwork, and attention to detail as you work with a dedicated kitchen team. Prior cooking experience and basic computer skills for recipe management are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year cooking experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for recipe management and inventory tracking.
• English proficiency required for kitchen communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review menu and prep ingredients per dietary guidelines and recipes.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal prep and service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; maintain equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Develop new dishes and ensure high-quality presentation.
