• Transportation or wheelchair-accessible vehicle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive residents to appointments and other approved destinations.
• Assist with transfers, wheelchair securement, mobility, and personal care within CNA scope.
• Coordinate appointment schedules and paperwork with Nursing.
• Monitor resident comfort and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Complete transportation logs, vehicle safety checks, and routine vehicle cleaning.
• Provide additional CNA support when transportation assignments permit.

What You'll Do
