The CNA provides basic patient care under supervision, communicates patient priorities to leadership, and ensures privacy and safety. The position supports a team-based environment with flexible PRN scheduling.

Applicants must hold a Montana CNA certificate and obtain RQI/BLS within 7 days. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus HIPAA compliance, are essential for success

Formación

• Montana CNA certificate required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and assists in basic patient care under supervision.
• Communicates with leadership to coordinate workloads and priorities.
• Performs CNA assessment and notes vital signs; reports abnormalities.
• Maintains patient privacy per policy and HIPAA standards.
• Assists with activities of daily living and documents care rendered.
• Maintains inventory, restocks rooms, and ensures equipment safety and cleanliness.
