Job summary

Logan Health Shelby is seeking a CNA to deliver basic patient care under supervision and coordinate with leadership on patient priorities. Candidates must hold a Montana CNA, obtain BLS/RQI within 7 days, and demonstrate HIPAA compliance.

The role includes documentation, privacy, and support for daily living activities in a team environment. PRN opportunities with flexible shifts and a commitment to excellence align with our mission.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Understand confidentiality laws including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist in basic patient care under supervision.
• Coordinate workloads with leadership.
• Perform CNA assessments and vital signs.
• Document care accurately per protocol.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety in assigned area.
• Assist with activities of daily living as applicable.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and inventory managed.
• Support compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
