WINDMILL VILLAGE REHABILITATION and CARE CENTER in Texas is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (PRN) to support residents with daily living activities and dignity. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding while prioritizing safety and comfort under the supervision of nursing staff.

The role emphasizes timely responses to call lights, adherence to schedules, and maintaining a clean, respectful environment for residents. A current Texas CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during care routines.
• Bathe, shower, hair care, grooming, and dressing for residents as assigned.
• Follow the resident assignment schedule and assist with transferring and mobility as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and provide timely assistance to residents.
• Assist or provide feeding and support to residents who require help with meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and dryness of residents; provide incontinent care as required.
• Support a safe, protective environment and perform other duties as assigned.
