Qualifications

• CNA license in state of practice within 120 days.

• Less than 1 year related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs routine and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff.
• Measures blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration and weight; documents information.
• Assists with restocking supplies and maintains a clean environment.
• Provides emotional, educational and spiritual support for families.
• Complies with resident rights, confidentiality, and safety procedures.
