Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Nebraska is required.

• Ability to lift and move residents and provide personal care.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
