Level: Experienced, Job Location: C&L Esperanza Home Health - SOUTHLAKE, TX 76092, Position Type: PRN, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Health Care, The CNA provides personal care and related services and works under the direction, instruction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or appropriate supervisor. Tasks will be assigned by and performed under the direct supervision of an RN who will be responsible for the patient care to be provided by the Home Health. The CNA needs empathetic communication skills, be flexible, and have respect for the patient’s privacy and property. A positive attitude is a must, dependable techniques in personal hygiene, good observation skills, reliability, and an understanding of the team concept.
