Qualifications

• CMA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
• Perform procedures as delegated by licensed nurses, including taking and recording vital signs and lab samples.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
