Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of long term care CNA experience.
• Active CMA license/certification (state).
• English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications for residents following accepted practices.
• Complete/update the Electronic Medication Report as required.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens and mobility.
• Assist residents with eating and record food intake.
• Read and follow daily care plans, monitor vitals, and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with company, state, and OSHA standards.
• Perform other related duties as required or requested.
