Job summary

Seward Community Health Center is seeking a PRN Clinic Nurse (RN) for our small community health center in Seward, Alaska. The RN will support clinical staff with call-backs, referrals, patient education, and care coordination under the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications include an Alaska RN license and at least two years of primary care/FQHC experience preferred. Excellent communication, team orientation, and proficiency with EHR systems are required.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and messages for provider intervention.
