Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology, spiritual care or pastoral ministry is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• ACPE CPE units are required/preferred for accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, provides, and documents pastoral care to patients, families, and staff.
• Provides spiritual care consultation to patients, families and medical staff.
• Planning and implementing the spiritual program with local ministry.
• Facilitate religious services, rituals and ceremonies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate spiritual care into treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of spiritual care activities.
