Qualifications

• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• SA (Surgical Assistant) must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• CSFA or CSA certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• 1 year of experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
