PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

What you will do in this role:

  • Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-up programs
  • Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
  • Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program leading to an Associate's degree
  • Current and valid state OTA license or equivalent where services are provided
  • CPR certification (if required)

Hourly range: $27.20 - $42.00 per year.
