Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team members; instruct family or nursing staff in follow-up programs.
  • Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records.
  • Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, professional standards, and applicable laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree.
  • Current and valid state OTA license or certificate in the states where services are provided.
  • CPR certification (if required).

Hourly range: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour.
