Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the Greenfield Healthcare Center in Greenfield, IN. This PRN opportunity allows you to directly impact residents through therapeutic care in-house.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and care team, and participate in family training while complying with rehab documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• COTA education from an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Active or pending State COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Help clients improve quality of life by improving motor skills and independence.
• Implement treatment plans with the OT and educate staff and families.
• Document per rehab department requirements under supervision.
• Treat residents at multiple locations to meet diverse needs.
