Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage at our Broken Arrow location. You will work under an occupational therapist to deliver direct patient care and support rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, teaching patients and families, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining equipment, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and eligible to practice as a COTA in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on home exercise programs and follow-up.
• Document patient progress and activities in records daily.
• Assist with scheduling and post-treatment charges to patient records.
• Maintain treatment equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
