Qualifications

• Licensed and eligible to practice as a COTA.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, time management and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Instruct families or nursing staff in follow-through programs and home exercises.
• Assist with patient scheduling and post-treatment charges to patient records daily.
• Document patient care per regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain treatment equipment and clean, safe work areas.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
