Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) PRN at the Broken Arrow location. The role involves direct patient care under an occupational therapist, documentation, and patient progress communication.

A strong emphasis on compliance with regulatory standards and teamwork is required. Responsibilities include family/nurse instruction, scheduling assistance, and maintaining equipment and workspace in a safe condition.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Assist with documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate patient progress to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs and home exercises.
• Maintain treatment equipment and clean, safe work areas.
