Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to help treat patients according to individualized plans and participate in implementing therapy programs.

You will document patient progress, communicate with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff, and use standard OT equipment to support therapy sessions. This is a hands-on clinical role focused on improving functional outcomes.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
