Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to support individualized care plans and help patients achieve functional goals.

Responsibilities include supporting treatment programs, assisting with therapy sessions, documenting patient progress, and maintaining communication with the therapy team and facility staff.

• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
