PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Join our team as a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Enhance Rehabilitation.

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to work under the supervision of an occupational therapist. In this role, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure each patient receives quality treatment to achieve excellent functional outcomes.
2. Assist in developing and implementing occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs, in collaboration with Occupational Therapists.
3. Support patients through all phases of occupational therapy treatments and techniques.
4. Discuss treatment plans with patients and record their conditions and responses after each session.
5. Maintain ongoing communication with Occupational Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff.
6. Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
