Job summary

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, MT is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a compassionate, team-driven rehab department. You will contribute to high-quality care in a facility renowned for its residents and collaborative staff.

Candidates should be an OTA with Montana eligibility, capable of creating individualized plans, and able to thrive in a supportive SNF/outpatient environment. Join us in Beautiful Big Sky Country.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana or eligible to become licensed.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support skilled nursing care.
• Provide therapy services in SNF, long-term care and outpatient settings.

What We’re Looking For
