Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, Montana is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive therapy team. You will deliver OTA services in skilled nursing, rehab, and outpatient settings while contributing to high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, collaborative teamwork, and ongoing professional development in a warm, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Montana or eligible to licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA services in SNF/rehab and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapy team to ensure patient-first care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional growth.
