Job summary

Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, Montana is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in a full-time role. You will provide evaluation and treatment planning for veterans in skilled nursing and outpatient settings, delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will have a Montana PT license (or be eligible for licensure), be capable of creating individualized treatment plans, and thrive in a collaborative rehab environment that values

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana or eligible to become licensed.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to work in a dynamic therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents in skilled nursing and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support compassionate, quality care and patient-first approach.
