Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a CMT-Certified Medical Technician to join our clinical team and support residents with daily living activities. You will administer medications under RN/LPN supervision and help maintain accurate records in a caring, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CMT Certification required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to administer medications under supervision of RN/LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to support wellbeing.
• Administer and/or assist with prescribed medications and maintain records under RN/LPN supervision.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct resident care when necessary.

CMT-CertifiedMedTechnician -Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive
• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
