Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the OT treatment plan and selects activities toward goals.
• Collaborates with physician to evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans.
• Provides patient/family education and discharge instructions.
• Documents evaluations and sessions according to guidelines.
• Ensures safety, infection prevention, and cost-effective practice.
• Participates in staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
