Triumph Orthopedic Partners is hiring a Certified Hand Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of upper extremity conditions at their Cartersville, GA location. This role emphasizes quality of care, patient education, and effective collaboration with clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in physical or occupational therapy, hold a Georgia state license, and have a minimum of two years of outpatient experience. Competitive benefits and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Hand Therapy Certification, if applicable.
• Georgia state license required.
• CPR certification.
• 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates upper extremity diagnoses thoroughly, identifying impairments and functional limitations.
• Collaborates on prognosis and plan of care with patients and physicians.
• Develops patient education programs to maximize understanding and engagement.
• Delegates treatment to appropriate clinical staff as needed.
• Participates in continuing education and team events.
