Job summary

Ortho West in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Full-time Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. We deliver personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment that values both patient outcomes and professional growth.

You will provide comprehensive OT services including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and home program development to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current GA Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and create goal‑driven treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff.
• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience.
