Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide care for student-athletes. The role services contracted schools and coordinates access to additional health care for athletes in Gilbert, AZ.

Schedule is Per Diem/PRN and coverage will be coordinated with Banner’s needs. Responsibilities include designing rehabilitation programs, applying athletic training techniques, and coordinating EMS when needed to minimize injury impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• NATA-BOC certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement athletic training programs for injured athletes.
• Determine need for and administer training techniques before and during games/practices to reduce injury risk.
• Manage emergency incidents and coordinate EMS and acute care procedures.
• Promote the company and outreach through events and partnerships.
