Role Overview:

As a PRN CareGiver/PCA/CNA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that each client receives the tailored assistance they need to thrive. Whether you work during the day, evening, or on weekends, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt your schedule to meet client needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients.
