Job summary

Silverado in Tustin, California, invites compassionate Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

You’ll assist with daily living activities and build relationships with residents and families in a team-focused environment. Anticipated pay range is $22–$24 per hour, with benefits including health, dental and vision, FSA, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Effective communicator in English (verbal and written).
• Walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

Anticipated pay range
