Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers/ambulation).
• Serve meals and assist with eating as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication reminders per state regulations and policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
