Prior experience with older adults and state certifications are valued. The role requires strong communication in English and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier moves when needed.

Qualifications

• State-required certifications for caregiving.
• At least 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.
• Effective communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
• Support safety and wellbeing, reporting changes to staff.
