Job Details

• Location: 2710 W 12th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104
• Shift: Day
• Job Schedule: PRN
• Weekly Hours: Varies
• Salary Range: $16 - $22.50

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Follow healthcare plans, assist with exercises, and administer medication.
• Ensure safety and organization in clients' homes, perform light housework as needed.
• Provide emotional support and mobility assistance.
• Transport clients to appointments and monitor/report health changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle if applicable.
