Generations at Wheatland Village is seeking caregivers to support residents with daily activities and administer care plans with dignity and compassion. This PRN/on-call role requires flexibility for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays, with on-site responsibilities at Wheatland Village.

Qualified candidates may have a high school diploma, CNA/HHA certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior caregiver experience is welcomed but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

Caregivers at Wheatland Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• PRN/On-call, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• PRN is scheduled largely in advance by 2-3 weeks; On-call refers to options to pick up shifts on a daily basis
• Weekend and holiday availability are preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
