The Legacy at Crystal Falls is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Care Partner to support older adults in our Leander, TX community. You will provide daily living assistance, friendly companionship, and safe, respectful care in a warm senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to senior residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Engage residents with companionship and social activity.
• Follow safety protocols and support moving and lifting as needed.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
