Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, companionship, and safety within a senior living environment.

You will join a team that values kindness, integrity, and ongoing development, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. Prior state certifications and ability to transfer to a fast-paced setting are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to seniors.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
