Job summary

The Annex is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to directly supervise and support clients in PHP and IOP programming in Austin, TX. You will monitor safety, reinforce therapy goals, and help with daily living activities while maintaining professional boundaries.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll document behaviors, participate in groups and trainings, and model ethical practice to support a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year behavioral health experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification and Texas Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and enforce program rules.
• Assist with daily living activities and coping skills development.
• Document behaviors and incidents accurately.
• Conduct facility safety checks and crisis interventions.
• Participate in groups and staff training.
