Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical assessments and monitor patient behavior.
• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Apply crisis intervention techniques to de‑escalate emergencies.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and incident reports.
• Collaborate on individualized discharge plans with care teams.
• Support patients with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) using specialized care.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment by following protocols.
